This research proposes a methodology to estimate the reliability of gearbox using life data analysis and predict Lifetime Use Estimation (LUE). Life involves collection historical field replacements perform statistical such as Weibull reliability. Remaining useful is estimated by Cumulative damage model data-driven methods. The first approach based on physics failure models degradation second operational, environmental & loads provided design team which translated into mathematical that represent behavior degradation. Data-driven method used in this research, where different performance from components are exploited degradation's behavior. LUE make key business decisions planning spares, service cost increase availability wind turbine. Gearbox heart turbine it made up several stages helical/planetary gears. Performance acquired separately for each these calculated individually. individual then rolled overall gearbox. will identify weak link going fail mode driving primary can be identified. Finally, corrective measures planned accordingly. cumulated Inverse power law along with Miner’s rule.
